This year, all proceeds from the vegan prom ticket sales will be donated to The Humane League. With an office in San Francisco, The Humane League is a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving animals’ lives and reducing as much animal cruelty as possible.
The Humane League advocates for farm animals through public education and corporate campaigns. Their work with schools, retailers, and food service providers has won policy changes that spare hundreds of thousands of farm animals a year from the misery of intensive confinement. Their online and community-based vegetarian advocacy programs reach millions of young people each year, reducing meat consumption and sparing even more animals.
